great stay but some areas need improvement
The double room we stayed in was lovely and the bed offered incredible comfort. The breakfast dining area was stunning, and the food exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the second-floor reception room, where we could enjoy our own drinks and snacks, providing a great space for relaxation and games with friends.
The location, while convenient, did not offer as many breathtaking views as expected.

I had a lovely stay as a solo traveler in a Single Room. The breakfast was phenomenal, with hot options that impressed me. The staff went above and beyond, even giving me a ride when I needed it. Plus, the bay views were a nice touch! 😊

how charming it is to navigate with a door that hits the toilet, and the so-called 'hospitality' that was rarely above mediocre, especially when I was offered no complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. breakfast was quite plentiful, but having no napkins in the guest lounge is unacceptable! I just couldn’t recommend this place!

The delicious breakfast spread was my favorite! The location is perfect for distillery visits and the room was comfy. Just a bit disappointed there aren't evening meals available. 🌅

The room was comfy, but hot water in the shower was lacking.

missingWrote a review on 25 Sept
The Wi-Fi was spotty in my room, and it would have been nice to have more substantial bathroom amenities. the lack of hot water in the shower during my stay was a bit disappointing. Rather notable is the absence of evening meals offered – dinner options in this quiet area are pretty limited, making it inconvenient after a long day out. some odd room layouts made navigating tricky, like the bathroom in the twin room I initially stayed in, where a wide door created a bit of a headache.

I stayed in a Small Double Room, and the bed was super comfy, which was a total win! Plus, the room had a nice vibe with its quirky decor. The highlight for me was the cafetière for fresh coffee, such a nice touch! A couple of minor issues, though. the bathroom layout could be a bit tricky. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which was annoying at times.
